Refund Policy: Registration fees will be refunded if we receive a written cancellation prior to August 20, 2017. This refund will be subject to a 25% deduction for administration fees. After this date, no refund will be permitted, but substitutions will be allowed.

Conference Policies Terms & Conditions

Each individual must have an individual registration. Badges are not to be shared.
Admission restricted to persons 18 years and over. Children under 18 will not be permitted onsite, as this is a business-to-business event.

ConvergX™ reserves the right to decline registration of any applicant.
ConvergX™ reserves the right to change the content, timing, and venue. If for any reason outside the control of ConvergX™, the venue changes, or the conference is canceled due to an act of terrorism or extreme weather conditions or industrial action, ConvergX™ shall endeavor to reschedule but the applicant hereby indemnifies and holds harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorney fees, which are incurred by the applicants.
